About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 933 of December 31, 2009

For the purpose of implementation of the Resolution of Parliament No. 87-XIII of April 28, 1994 about accession of the Republic of Moldova to the Convention on liquidation of all forms of discrimination against women the Government DECIDES:

In the Order of the Government No. 933 of December 31, 2009. "About approval of the National program for ensuring gender equality for 2010-2015" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 5-7, 27), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

in introductory part after the words "with subsequent changes" to add with syntagma "The resolution of Parliament No. 87-XIII from on April 28, 1994 about accession of the Republic of Moldova to the Convention on liquidation of all forms of discrimination against women";

add Item 1 with the paragraph the fourth the following content:

"The action plan on realization during 2014-2015 of Concluding remarks of UN committee on liquidation of discrimination against the women accepted in Geneva on October 18, 2013 based on the integrated fourth and fifth periodic reports of implementation of the Convention on liquidation of all forms of discrimination against women, according to appendix No. 4";

in Item 2 to replace the word of "two" with the word of "three", and "2013-2015" to replace syntagma with syntagma "2013-2015 and 2014-2015";

add with appendix No. 4 of the following content:
