In the "Rules of prolongation of effective period of the patent for the invention and industrial design" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 12, 2010 No. 63 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2010, No. 4, Article 357) in Item 2.1 of the word "according to the legislation" shall be replaced with words "according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic", to replace the words "it can be prolonged" with the word (in all three cases) "is prolonged".
