"in case of care of the sick handicapped child aged up to 15 years - for the entire period of treatment of the child in out-patient conditions or joint stay with the child in the medical organization when rendering medical care to it in stationary conditions, but no more than for 120 calendar days in calendar year in all cases of care of this child;".
2. Operation of this order extends to the legal relationship which arose from the date of the introduction in legal force of the decision of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation of April 17, 2013 No. AKPI13-178.
