"1. The procedure of declaring and customs clearance of the goods imported on customs area and exported from customs area of the country by the economic agents from east regions of the Republic of Moldova registered in the State registration chamber is performed depending on the customs regime requested in accordance with general practice without collection of customs payments and payment for environmental pollution provided that goods will remain in the territory which is not controlled by the constitutional bodies.

The economic agents from east regions of the Republic of Moldova registered in the State registration chamber will perform the procedure of declaration of goods, including assessed by excises, on the internal customs posts established by Customs Service".
