About modification of "Rules of issue and use of payment cards"
For the purpose of support of the technological innovations implemented recently in the field of payment cards, implementation of innovativny products and services, and also strengthenings of risk management system the Board of the Central Bank of the Azerbaijan Republic according to articles 22.0.17 and 44.3 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the Central bank of the Azerbaijan Republic" decides:
1. Make changes to "Rules of issue and use of payment cards" (are applied).
2. Part 13th and the paragraph of the 5th part 15th of "Rules of issue and use of payment cards" become effective since January 1st, 2015, paragraphs 3-8 of part 27th since July 1st, 2015, and other provisions in month from the date of entering of this Decision into the State Register of Legal Acts of the Azerbaijan Republic.
3. Charge to legal department (R. Melikov) ensuring submission of this instruction to the Ministry of Justice, for the purpose of entering of the instruction into the State Register of Legal Acts of the Azerbaijan Republic within 3 days.

Make the following changes to the "Rules of issue and use of payment cards" approved by Board decision of the Central Bank of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 10, 2012 No. 16/3:
1. In subitem 2.1.7 to replace the word "with bank" with the word "with the issuer".
2. 2. In subitem 1.19 after the word of "data" to add the word "on the electronic medium (chip) and (or) magnetic tape" and to exclude the word "card".
3. At the end of subitem 2.1.20 to replace point with semicolon and to add subitems 2.1.21 and 2.1.22 of the following content:
