About entering of amendments and changes into the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility

Article 1.

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 2, the Art. 77) the following amendments and changes:

1. In Article 30:

in part 6:

part after the words "on the legal entity" to add with the words "except for the offense connected with untimely commissioning of objects of fields of nation-wide value";

attract imposing of administrative penalty on citizens - from fifty to eighty, on officials - from hundred to hundred fifty settlement indicators with compensation of damage.".
