About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. In Article 3:

in the paragraph the fourteenth words "development of policy and regulation of the relations in the field of power" shall be replaced with words "functions on development and realization of state policy in the field of power";
add Article with the paragraph the sixteenth the following content:
"authorized state body on fuel and energy complex regulation - the executive body authorized by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to perform state regulation of activities of subjects of fuel and energy complex by means of licensing and establishment of rates for electrical, heat energy and natural gas.".
2. State Article 8 in the following edition:
"Article 8. Authorized state bodies
Authorized state bodies on development of policy in the field of power, to regulation of fuel and energy complex and supervision and control in the field of power function irrespective of the energy companies and do not interfere directly with their productive and economic activity. Functions of the specified authorized state bodies are determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
3. Recognize Article 10 invalid.
4. In Article 12:
shall be replaced with words the words "authorized state body on supervision and control in the field of power" "authorized state bodies on development of policy in the field of power, to regulation of fuel and energy complex and supervision and control in the field of power";
in the text in official language the word "has" to replace with the word "have".
