About entering of amendments into the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 9, the Art. 440) the following amendments:

1. Item 3-2 of Article 1 after the word of "transport" to add with the word "energy".

2. Item 4 of article 32 after the word of "transport" to add with the word "power engineering specialists".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.

To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
