"Article 110-2. Financing of the actions made for the purpose of violent change or overthrow of the constitutional system or capture of the government, change of borders of the territory or frontier of Ukraine
1. Financing of the actions made for the purpose of change of borders of the territory or frontier of Ukraine in defiance of the procedure established by the Constitution of Ukraine
it is punished by imprisonment for a period of three up to five years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to two years and with confiscation of property.
2. Financing of the actions made for the purpose of violent change or overthrow of the constitutional system or capture of the government
it is punished by imprisonment for a period of five up to seven years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to two years and with confiscation of property.
3. The actions provided by parts one or the second this Article committed repeatedly or from mercenary motives, or by previous concert group of persons, or in large size or if they entailed causing significant property damage,
are punished by imprisonment for a period of six up to eight years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to three years and with confiscation of property.
4. The actions provided by parts one or the second this Article, made by organized group or in especially large size or if they led to other heavy effects,
are punished by imprisonment for a period of eight up to ten years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to three years and with confiscation of property.
