Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Regulations of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2011, No. 10, the Art. 1514) the following changes:
1. In Article 21:
state part 2 in the following edition:
"2. The candidate for position of the deputy Toraga is represented the relevant fraction within 10 working days from the date of formation of vacancy.";
the paragraph one of part 3 to state in the following edition:
"3. In case of the consent of all fractions election of several deputies of Toraga can be carried out on uncontested basis by the single list. At the same time the fraction has the right to propose only one candidate. In other cases election is performed by secret vote with use of bulletins.".
2. To state part 8 of Article 34 in the following edition:
"8. For providing the procedure of secret vote the Jogorku Kenesh according to the procedure, provided for formation of the temporary commissions, elects counting board.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publications.
