About modification and amendments in the Law on water No. 272 of December 23, 2011

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on water No. 272 of December 23, 2011 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 81, of the Art. 264) to make the following changes and addition:

1. In part (2) Article 23:

in Item f) to replace the word "overlapping" with the word "use";

in Item g) to replace the word "device" with the word "operation".

2. In Article 25:

part (to state 2) in the following edition:

"(2) For receipt of nature protection permission to special water use the applicant shall submit the following documents:

a) the document certifying the property right or uses to the earth on which there is water object, on hydraulic engineering constructions, and also on other constructions intended for water use;

b) the plan and/or the scheme of the parcel of land with indication of, depending on case, hydraulic engineering constructions, gages of amount of water, subject to use and dumping, and also other constructions intended for water use;

c) passport of water intake;

d) service regulations of dikes, ponds, water storage basins;

e) calculations of amount of the water which is subject to use and amount of sewage;

f) the plan of measures/investments for protection of water resources during water use;

g) analysis results of physical and chemical and/or bacteriological properties of water;

h) contract for use of the subsoil plot;

i) the transportation agreement and acceptance of sewage to cleaning in case of lack of own system of assignment and sewage treatment;

j) the proof of publication in local press of the announcement provided by part (4), about the request for issue of nature protection permission to special water use.";
