1. In the fourth paragraph of the "Structure of cross-industry commission of experts on control cash registers" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About creation of cross-industry commission of experts on control cash registers" of June 12, 1995 No. 138 of the word "head of department of trade policy of Department of economic policy and forecasting of the Ministry of Economic Development" shall be replaced with words "the assistant manager department of economic policy, the analysis and forecasting of the Ministry of Economy and Industry".

In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval of Rules of hearing of cases about antitrust violations" of May 29, 1998 No. 120 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 5, Article 361; 2001, No. 7, Article 512; 2004, No. 4, Article 287; 2006, No. 5, Article 472; 2009, No. 10, Article 852) to make the following changes:
