state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure of the state supervision of observance of mandatory requirements of technical regulatory legal acts in the field of the technical regulation and standardization and fulfillment of requirements of the legislation on assessment of conformity concerning obligatory confirmation of conformity.";
