1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Rules of professional ethics of persons performing activities for rendering the legal services approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of June 8, 2007 No. 37 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 157, 8/16644):
to state the name of Chapter 5 in the following edition:
"Chapter 5 Representation in reference and international Arbitration (arbitration) tribunals";
in the paragraph the second Item 29 of the word "economic court" shall be replaced with words "reference, international Arbitration (arbitration) tribunals (further - court)";
