About entering of amendment into the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add Article 299 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 with item 4 of the following content:
"4. The requirement of the notarial certificate established by the subitem 1 of Item 3 of this Article does not extend to the agreements provided by Articles 204. 211, 225, 263, 562, 572, 595, 610, 654, 662, 678, the 686 or 959 of this Code, and also on agreements on consolidation or separation of real estate if all their conditions are stated in accordance with the terms of the approximate agreements approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, other conditions and authenticity of signatures of the parties do not contain 1, in these agreements it is acknowledged according to the procedure, established by the law on state registration of the rights to property.
Compliance of conditions of the agreements provided by this Item and approximate agreements approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia affirms according to the procedure, established by the law on state registration of the rights to property.
Article 2. After official publication of this Law, to the introduction of this Law in force the Government of the Republic of Armenia approves approximate forms of the agreements provided by Articles 204. 1, 211, 225, 263, 562, 572, 595, 610, 654, 662, 678, the 686 or 959 of this Code, and also agreements on consolidation or separation of real estate which are applied since January 1, 2012.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2012.
