About modification and amendments in the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In the 1st offer of Item 3 of Article 970 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 (further – the Code) shall be replaced with words the words "Agreement of the Complex License" "The complex license".

2. Legal protection is provided to the trademark:

1) based on its state registration in the procedure established by the law;

2) based on recognition of the trademark well-known in the Republic of Armenia in the procedure established by the law;

3) according to international treaties of the Republic of Armenia based on the international registration.";

Article 5. In article 1172 of the Code:
