About modification and amendments in appendices No. 1 and 2 to the Order of the Government No. 919 of July 30, 2008.

In appendices No. 1 and 2 to the Order of the Government No. 919 of July 30, 2008. "About the organization and carrying out commercial and investment tenders for privatization of public property" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 143144, of the Art. 924), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in appendix No. 1:

a) in all text of the word "Ministry of Economy and Trade" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Economics" in the corresponding case;

b) to state paragraph two of Item 7 in the following edition:

"Representatives of the Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Justice and Agency of public property participate and make decisions on all commission sessions, and representatives of the central bodies of public management have the right to vote only in case of privatization of the objects which are in management of these bodies";

c) the paragraph one of Item 9 to state in the following edition:

"Commission sessions are competent if at least 2/3 members participate in them, taking into account provisions of Items 7 and 8 of this provision, and its decisions are made by open voting by a simple majority vote. Decisions of the Commission are drawn up by the protocol signed by all members who are present at meeting";
