About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine in the field of the state anti-corruption policy in connection with accomplishment of the Action plan on liberalization of visa regime by the European Union for Ukraine

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

1) in Article 172.6:

add with part three of the following content:

"Submission of obviously false information in the declaration on property, the income, expenses and obligations of financial nature provided by the Law of Ukraine "About the principles of prevention and anti-corruption"

involves imposing of penalty from hundred fifty to three hundred free minima income of citizens";

state the note in the following edition:

"Note. Subject of offenses in this Article are persons who according to part one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About bases of prevention and anti-corruption" shall submit the declaration on property, the income, expenses and obligations of financial nature";

2) in Item of 1 part one of Article 255:

paragraph "bodies of the income and charges (Article 51. 155.1, 162.1, 162.2, 163.1-163.4, 163.12, 164, 164.5, 164.16, 166.16, 166.17, 172.4-172.9, 177.2)" to state 2, in the following edition:

"bodies of the State Tax Service (Article 51. 2, 155.1, 162.1, 162.2, 163.1-163.4, 163.12, 164, 164.5, 164.16, 166.16, 166.17, 177.2)";
