"Article 6.1. Features of exchange of information electronically between the insurer and the insurer
1. Creation and sending by the insurer (insured person, the beneficiary) to the insurer of information electronically (statements for the conclusion of the insurance contract, the notification on loss occurrence, statements for implementation of insurance payment and (or) other documents) for the conclusion of the insurance contract, for receipt of insurance payment in cases and according to the procedure which are provided by rules of insurance are performed with use of this Law of the official site of the insurer specified in Item 6 of Article 6 on the Internet. At the same time the specified official site of the insurer can be used as the information system providing exchange of information electronically between the insurer and the insurer who is the operator of this information system.
