About entering of amendment into the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic

Bring in the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 10, the Art. 442) the following amendment:
add Article 163 with part 3-2 following of content:
"(3-2) On criminal cases about the crimes committed by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the deputy of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, members of the government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the judge, the Attorney-General of the Kyrgyz Republic, the chairman of Audit Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic, the chairman of the Central commission on elections and holding referenda of the Kyrgyz Republic, Akyykatchy (Ombudsman) of the Kyrgyz Republic, the investigation is held only by bodies of prosecutor's office regardless of competence.".
This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
