Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2007, No. 5, the Art. 463) the following change:
to state part 4 of Article 7 in the following edition:
"4. In the cases connected with providing life and human health (threat or origin and spread of noninfectious diseases and mass noninfectious diseases (poisoning), accident of technogenic nature), checks can have sudden character and be carried out without the written direction (notification) for the purpose of identification of the reasons and sources of inadmissible impact on the state of health of the population and taking measures to their prevention and elimination.".
Article 2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic within three months from the date of publication of this Law to bring the decisions into accord with this Law.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective in three months from the date of official publication.
