Article 1. Bring in the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2012, No. 6, the Art. 2396) the following change:

"6. Under the ministries, the state committees and administrative departments for the purpose of interaction of state body and civil society on increase in transparency of procedures of acceptance and implementation of decisions public councils can be created. Representatives of non-profit organizations, scientific community, business associations, trade and industry unions, expert community from the spheres adjoining to activities of state body are parts of public councils.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
