1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Instruction about procedure and conditions of payment of the percentage allowance to official pay rates for confidential kind of work and confidential clerical work" of March 28, 2006 No. 207 the following changes:
- in the Instruction about procedure and conditions of payment to workers and employees of public authorities, local self-government, the companies, organizations, organizations of the percentage allowance to official pay rates for confidential kind of work and confidential clerical work approved by the above-named resolution:
in Item 1.7:
- word in paragraph one" (the order, specifying) the head (commander)" shall be replaced with words "(orders, the order, specifying) the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, the head (commander) of state body";
