About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About election of the president of Ukraine" concerning providing the proper organization and carrying out the electoral process

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About election of the president of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 20-21, of Art. 291 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

1) to include part in Article 19 the fourth the following content:

"4. As an exceptional case for providing the proper organization of work of district electoral commission its location can be changed by Central Election Commission on representation of the corresponding chairman of regional public administration and be out of the respective territorial constituency.";

The word "sixteen" to replace 2) in the first offer of part six of Article 31 with the word "eight";

The word "twelve" to replace 3) in the first offer of part two of Article 32 with the word "five";

Part one of Article 39 to state 4) in the following edition:

"1. Executive bodies, authorities of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and local government bodies, their official and officials shall assist the electoral commissions in realization of their powers: provide them necessary rooms according to standard rates which are established by this Law and acts of Central Election Commission adopted according to it in exceptional cases for providing the proper organization of work of district electoral commissions on representation of chairmen of regional public administrations, rooms for these electoral commissions can be provided out of the respective territorial constituency, provide their protection, and also protection of ballots and other selective documentation; provide according to the regulations established by Central Election Commission the vehicles, means of communication, the equipment, stock, office equipment which are subject to return after the termination of powers of the electoral commissions. The payment procedure of the specified services and compensation is established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
