1. Bring in the Regulations on Transport inspection of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 4, 2002 No. 1218 "About creation of Transport inspection of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 102, 5/11086; 2011, No. 4, 5/33104; No. 120, 5/34654; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.02. 2013, 5/36850), following change and amendment:
to state subitem 5.1.3 of Item 5 in the following edition:
"5.1.3. driving of heavyweight and (or) large-size vehicles through highways public of the Republic of Belarus, and also performs inspection of vehicles regarding determination of compliance of their weight and dimensional parameters to the admissible parameters established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, studying of observance by owners (users) of heavyweight and (or) large-size vehicles of route and conditions of traffic on any section of the highway public of the Republic of Belarus including on the stationary or portable posts of weight and dimensional control which are specially designated by route signs, verification of presence at owners (users) of heavyweight and (or) large-size vehicles of special permission to driving of the heavyweight and (or) large-size vehicle through highways of general use of the Republic of Belarus;";
add the Provision with Item 10-1 of the following content:
"10-1. Employees of Transport inspection have the right to wearing uniform according to the procedure, established by legal acts.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
