About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Accepted by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on April 9, 2014

Article 1. Bring in the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, No. 8, the Art. 922) the following changes:

in Article 221-1:

in Item of 1 part shall be replaced with words 3 words of "gold alloy and the affined gold" "gold alloy and/or the affined gold";

in the column of the second line of the first part 4 of the word "from 1201 to 1300" shall be replaced with words "till 1300".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
