Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About anti-corruption" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2012, No. 7, the Art. 2764) the following amendment:
add Article 14 with part 3 following of content:
"3. It is forbidden to participate in the tenders financed from republican and local budgets, to the companies founders or members of whom persons or their close relatives holding political state, political municipal positions, special state positions, and also positions in bodies of prosecutor's office and other law enforcement agencies are.".
