About modification of Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Bring in the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, Art. 3199; 2013, No. 20, the Art. 680), changes which are applied.

1. §12 to exclude Item 5.
2. §18 to state Items 2 and 8 in the following edition:
"2. People's Deputies of Ukraine, the Attorney-General of Ukraine or his deputy Authorized the Verkhovna Rada on human rights, the Chairman of National Bank or its deputy, the chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee and the representative authorized by the President of Ukraine can participate in cabinet meeting according to the law.";
"8. The secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers provides registration of participants of meeting.".

§75. Contractors
Accomplishment of the laws of Ukraine, resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada, acts of the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers, orders of the Prime Minister provide the ministries, others central and local executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
§76. Organization of accomplishment
The Prime Minister or the First vice-Prime Minister determines the executive bodies responsible for ensuring accomplishment of the laws of Ukraine, resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada and acts of the President of Ukraine by its order.
