Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 27, 2010 No. 311-FZ "About customs regulation in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 48, Art. 6252; 2013, No. 14, Art. 1656; No. 26, Art. 3207; 2014, No. 11, Art. 1098) following changes:

To exclude 1) in Article 85 of the word "for use in productive and other business activity";

2) in Article 86:

a) to state item 4 of part 1 in the following edition:

"4) other special simplifications provided by the customs legislation of the Customs union.";

b) in part 5 of the word "performing productive activity" to exclude;

c) recognize part 6 invalid;

e) add with part 13 of the following content:

"13. 3) in Article 87:
