About modification of Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

The changes made to Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In item 4 §4 shall be replaced with words the words "forms temporary" "forms government committees, and also temporary".

2. In §8:

Item 1 after words of "the bodies formed by the Cabinet of Ministers" to add 1) with words ", government committees";

Item 2 after words "cabinet meetings" to add 2) with words ", government committees".

3. In item 4 §22 "§55" to replace figures with figures "§55.1".

4. Add Regulations with Section 3.1 of the following content:

"Section 3.1. Government committees

§28.1. Organizational bases of activities

1. The government committee is working collegiate organ of the Cabinet of Ministers which is created for ensuring effective realization of powers of the Cabinet of Ministers, coordination of actions of executive bodies, preliminary consideration of drafts of regulatory legal acts, the main directions of realization of state policy, other documents which are submitted for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers.
