1. Approve the Instruction for work with doubtful banknotes of national currency it (is applied) and to enact it from the moment of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of July 15, 1996 No. 24/16 "About order of interaction in fight against counterfeiting in the Kyrgyz Republic", from the date of enforcement of the Instruction "On work with doubtful banknotes of national currency".
3. To the NBKR legal department to carry out state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic of the Instruction "On work with doubtful banknotes of national currency".
4. To management of cash liquidity of NBKR to bring this Instruction to the attention of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Service of homeland security, regional managements of NBKR, OJSC RSK, commercial banks, exchange points, bureau and pawnshops of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic Omorov Zh. D.
