1. Complete till December 31, 2014 construction of residential part of the seventh or tenth of sections of object "The apartment apartment house No. 10 according to the general plan on Ulitsa Pritytskogo in complex with multilevel car park" (further - the apartment house).

2. Determine:

the customer (builder) on construction of the apartment house the national production association "Minskstroy";

the general project organization for accomplishment of adjustment of the design estimates on the apartment house project municipal unitary enterprise "Minskproyekt";

general contract organization on construction of the apartment house Stroytrest No. 4 open joint stock company.

3. Determine that:

3.1. the national production association "Minskstroy" on object "The apartment apartment house No. 10 on the general plan on Ulitsa Pritytskogo in complex with multilevel car park" is exempted from compensation to the local budget of cost of the premises intended for resettlement of citizens from the apartment houses which are subject to demolition in connection with provision of the parcels of land under housing construction;

3.2. the national production association "Minskstroy" is granted the right as the customer (builder) to sign agreements of creation of objects of shared-equity construction:

on commercial basis (without restriction of profit of the builder) for construction in the apartment house of objects of shared-equity construction on which there are no signed agreements of creation of objects of shared-equity construction;
