For the purpose of realization of provisions of the Customs code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, N 22, the Art. 2066) I oblige:
1. Approve the enclosed Operating procedure of customs authorities with general providing customs payment (further - the Procedure).
2. Chiefs of customs authorities of the Russian Federation to provide application of the Procedure during the work with providing customs payment.
3. (E.A.Safarov) to exercise head department of the federal customs income functions of accounting and control of work of customs authorities with providing customs payment.
4. The vice-chairman of the State Customs Committee of Russia A.E.Zherikhov to exercise control of execution of this order.
This order becomes effective since January 1, 2004.
