About introduction of amendments to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 30, 2005 No. 342 "About approval of regulations on the authorized person on management of common property and about tender on the right of the conclusion of contracts for maintenance and (or) running repair of housing stock" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 54, 5/15794; 2007, No. 14, 5/24512; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 29.05.2013, 5/37295):

in Regulations on the authorized person on management of common property approved by this resolution:

in Regulations on the tender on the right of the conclusion of contracts for maintenance and (or) running repair of housing stock approved by this resolution:
