About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "Regulations of National Assembly"

Article 1. The law of the Republic of Armenia "Regulations of National Assembly" of February 20, 2002 to add with ZR-308 with Article 103.1 of the following content:
"Article 103.1. Representation and discussion of the message of the Attorney-General
1. The Attorney-General annually till April 1 represents to the President of the Republic and National Assembly the message on activities of Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Armenia for previous year.
2. The chairman of National Assembly in two-day time after receipt of the message introduces it into circulation and in a month includes in the draft of the agenda of four-day meetings of National Assembly.
3. The message at meeting of National Assembly is considered according to the procedure, the stipulated in Clause 55 these Laws, with the following difference:
1) the report lasting up to 1 hour is made by the Attorney-General;
2) supporting reports do not take place;
3) discussion of the message comes to the end with final speech of the Attorney-General, without adoption of any document.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of its official publication.
