2. Add the law with Articles 5 (1) and 5(2) following contents:
"Article 5 (1). Subjects of anti-corruption
1. The ministries, the state committees, other state bodies, local executive bodies of the government, self-government institutions of settlements and villages, the state business entities, and also business entities whose share of the state in property constitutes at least a half, non-profit organizations, including the public associations, political parties, the international organizations performing activities in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan are subjects of anti-corruption.
2. Heads of subjects to anti-corruption are responsible for accomplishment of tasks of anti-corruption.
3. Requirements, obstacles, restrictions and the additional obligations established by this Law according to the prevention of corruptogenic factors are applied to officials of the state business entities and business entities whose share of the state in property constitutes at least a half.
