Bring in the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of August 5, 2009 No. 189 "About approval of the Rules of implementation of organization activity performing activities for investment management of pension assets, and the accumulation pension funds" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 5794) the following changes:
in the Rules of implementation of organization activity performing activities for investment management of pension assets and the accumulation pension funds approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 6-1 in the following edition:
"6-1. The fund performs purchase or sale at the expense of own assets of the following property:
1) specified in the list of the financial instruments permitted to acquisition at the expense of pension assets, determined in appendices 2, 3 and 4 to these rules;
2) the Fund used for own needs and accomplishment by Fund of activities for attraction of pension contributions and to retirement benefits, and also activities for investment management of pension assets;
