Article 1. In the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About service in police" of December 6, 2007, ZR-288:
Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 1 Article 16 of the word "in one year" "within one year";
2) Article to add with part 3 following of content:
"3. The size of the salary of persons serving in police before entry into force of this Law and in the procedure established by this Law appointed to position of special civil service, cannot be less than the size of the amount of cash allowance, compensation for food and allowances, in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia issued for the position held in police before position assignment of special civil service.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day from the date of its official publication.
