1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 2, 2013 No. 607/5 "About measures for interaction of bodies of state registration of the rights and their officials", зарегистрированныйо in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 2, 2013 for No. 534/23066 (with changes), such changes:
1) in Item 1:
in paragraph one:
"statements for state registration of the property right and/or" shall be replaced with words words "statements for state registration of the property right or";
after the words "further-the corporeal rights" to add with the words "on real estate";
shall be replaced with words the words "the judgment which entered in" "the decisions of the courts which entered";
after the words "the physical person-the entrepreneur" to add with words "(except cases of state registration of the property right based on decisions of the courts on cases on inheritance)";
words "agreements of mortgage, containing" shall be replaced with words "the agreements of mortgage containing";
shall be replaced with words the words "on complete property complexes of the companies" "on the companies as single property complexes";
