The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 9, 2012 No. 1280 "About approval of Rules of forming and use of regional stabilization funds of food products, recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on entering of amendment into the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 26, 2009 No. 220 "About approval of Rules of budget implementation and its cash servicing" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 74, the Art. 1075) the following changes:
1) in Rules of forming and use of regional stabilization funds of the food products approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 19 in the following edition:
"19. Fixed price on food product for carrying out purchasing interventions is established by the decision of the Commission at the level of market.
When forming stabilization fund the purchase of food products for the purpose of exception of intermediaries is performed in priority procedure at domestic producers.";
