About modification and amendments in the Law on temporary disability benefits and other benefits of social insurance No. 289-XV of July 22, 2004

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on temporary disability benefits and other benefits of social insurance No. 289-XV of July 22, 2004 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 168-170, 773), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In all text of the law to replace abbreviation of "KVEZh" with abbreviation of "NKUOVT", the word "group of disability" - the words "extent of restriction of opportunities", the words "handicapped child" - the words "the child with limited opportunities", and the word "disability" - the words "restriction of opportunities" in the corresponding case.

2. Part (2) Article 1 after word of "motherhood", to add with words "education of the child,".

3. In Article 2:

part (to add 4) with the offer: "Persons working on the basis of the individual employment contract for certain term lose the right to benefits from the date of expiration of the employment contract, except for entitlements to benefit on motherhood and temporary disability benefit, caused by labor accident or occupational disease.";

4. In Article 4:
