About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of March 28, 2008 No. 55
Based on the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 23, 2000 No. 1331, in edition of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 1, 2005 the No. 843 Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Regulations on committee on ethics approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of March 28, 2008 No. 55 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 97, 8/18639), the following amendments and changes:
to add paragraph two of item 4 with words "(further - examinees)";
in Item 5:
the paragraph one after the word "carries out" to add with words "expert evaluation of the following documents";
in paragraphs second and third "expert evaluation" to exclude words;
word in paragraph three "to the physical persons participating in clinical testing of medicines (further - examinees)" to replace with the word "examinee";
word in paragraph four and "payments" to replace "choice assessment" respectively with words of "data on the choice" and "about payments";
in Item 7:
word part one in paragraph three" (further - the applicant)" to exclude;
in part two of the word of "independent experts" shall be replaced with words "as experts of persons who are not employees of this state organization of health care";
in Item 8:
state part one in the following edition:
"8. The expert evaluation of the documents specified in Item 5 of this provision is carried out by committee within 30 days from the date of their representation.";
