About entering of amendments and changes into the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 21, 2009 No. 255

For the purpose of enhancement of measures of the state support of small business entities and increase in efficiency of foreign trade activity I decide:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 21, 2009 No. 255 "About some measures of the state support of small business" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 131, 1/10713; 2011, No. 67, 1/12598) following amendments and changes:

1.1. the second Item 1, paragraph one and subitem 2.1.3 of Item 2, Items 3 and 4, paragraphs two both third Items 6 and 7, Item 8 after words "the state support small" to add part with the words "and average";

1.2. the fourth subitem 2.1.2 of Item 2 after the word "compensations" to add the paragraph with the word of "part";

1.3. in Regulations on the rendering the state financial support to small business entities and subjects of infrastructure of support of small and medium entrepreneurship at the expense of the means provided in programs of the state support of small business approved by this Decree:

"the state support small" to add the name and Item 1 after words with the words "and average";

to add part one of Item 35 with the offer of the following content: "Agreements (agreements) of bank deposit (deposit) between regional executive committees, the Minsk Gorispolkom and banks consist for a period of up to seven years irrespective of effective period of programs.";
