1. Make the following changes:
1) the third offer of paragraph one of Item 2.14 of the Section II of Requirements concerning the writing of the name of the legal entity or his separate division approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 5, 2012 No. 368/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 5, 2012 for No. 367/20680 (with changes) to exclude;
