About modification and amendments in the Code of Turkmenistan "About water"

The disputes arising during the using and protection of interstate water sources are considered by the special commissions formed by the Governments of these countries on a parity basis according to international agreements and regulations.".

4. To state the name and part one of Article 113 in the following edition:

"Article 113. Regulation of use and protection of interstate water objects

Regulation of use and protection of interstate water objects is performed according to the signed bilateral or multilateral interstate agreements, agreements and regulations.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
