About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the income tax"

Article 1. Regarding the 2nd article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the income tax" of December 22, 2010, ZR-246-N (further - the Law):

Item 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

2) in Item 2 of the word" (except for gaining only passive incomes)" shall be replaced with words "(except for gaining only passive incomes and the foreign citizens and stateless persons not having the right to residence (the status of stay) in the Republic of Armenia)" and to add the last paragraph of Item after the words "exclusively passive incomes" with the words "and the amounts paid (estimated) to the foreign citizen and the person without citizenship who do not have the right to residence (the status of stay) in the Republic of Armenia".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
