I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

Article 122 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Article 122. Excess by transport drivers of posted speed limits of movement, journey on the prohibiting signal of regulation of traffic and violation of other traffic regulations

Excess by transport drivers of posted speed limits of movement of vehicles more than on twenty kilometers per hour, violation of requirements of route signs and marking of the carriageway of roads, rules of transportation of goods, towage of vehicles, stops, parking, journey of crosswalks, failure to provide benefit in movement to pedestrians at non-regulated crosswalks, and also violation of the prohibition established for vehicles to move on sidewalks or walking paths, -

involve imposing of penalty from fifteen to twenty free minima income of citizens.

Violation by transport drivers of rules of journey of intersections, stops of vehicles public, journey on the prohibiting signal of the traffic light or gesture of the traffic controller, abuse of regulations of overtaking and counter travel, safe distance or interval, arrangement of vehicles on the carriageway, abuse of regulations of movement on the highway, uses of external lighting fixtures or warning signals in case of start of motion or change of its direction, use of these devices and their re-equipment with violation of requirements of the corresponding standards, use of the driver during movement of the vehicle the means of communication which are not equipped with the technical devices allowing to conduct negotiations without hands (except for drivers of operational vehicles during execution of them urgent office task), and also abuse of regulations of educational driving, -

involve imposing of penalty from twenty five to thirty free minima income of citizens.
