About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About natural monopolies"
Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 5, 2007 "About natural monopolies" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2007, No. 3, Art. 168; 2008, No. 10, Art. 814) following changes and amendments:
1. In paragraph five of part one of Article 4 of the word "authorized body" shall be replaced with words "in accordance with the established procedure".
2. In Article 9:
- third after the word of "rates" to add part with words, "except for rates for electrical and heat energy";
- add with part four of the following content:
"Rates for electrical and heat energy on representation of authorized body affirm the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan".
3. Exclude Article 21.
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
