About restriction of departure from Ukraine of some citizens of Ukraine
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. To the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine to provide to the State Border Service of Ukraine the list of persons suspected of massacre of citizens and also the facts of large-scale corruption.
2. To the State Border Service of Ukraine to take measures concerning prohibition of departure from the territory of Ukraine of citizens of Ukraine, according to the list specified in part one of this Resolution and instantly to inform on it the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine.
3. This Resolution becomes effective from the moment of its acceptance.
