Art. I. - In the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985-XV of April 18, 2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 7274, of the Art. 195), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

Art. III. - (1) Convicts to whom the security measure in the form of chemical castration is appointed are exempted from application of this security measure.
(2) Cancellation of application of security measure in the form of chemical castration is performed:
a) Trial Courts - on the cases considered by them on which the resolution on application of security measure in the form of chemical castration did not become effective or became effective, but it is not turned to execution;
b) appeal or cassation instances - in case resolutions are not final.
